Learn practical skills on dealing with daily stress. Program discusses three types of stress, the sources for our own personal stress and the steps to managing it. Focus is on finding the right kind of stress to improve our performance and efficiency.

Guides participants through the steps necessary to truly manage time.

Decision Making & Problem Solving
Helps managers handle decisions and problems effectively. Four basic areas are covered including the role of emotions and self-consciousness in decision making; how to think clearly when dealing with problems; how to avoid decision traps; and the six basic steps to find solutions.
